Black Country Talent Match is a 5 year project supporting young adults who have been out of work, education or training for a minimum of six months. Talent Match provides guidance to those who require additional support to overcome specific barriers to employment.
The aim of BC Talent Match
“To enable young adults who are furthest away from being work ready to secure or take up enterprising and/or job opportunities, by improving their confidence and optimism”.

BC Talent Match recently hosted a ‘2 years on’ awards evening which acknowledged the progress of the organisation. The event showcased, celebrated and awarded the successes of young people, partners, mentors and employers and thanked them for their whole-hearted involvement.
