FAQs

I cannot remember my login. How can I get it?

Go to the Aptem sign in page and click on the ‘Forgotten your username’ link. You will need to enter the email address you used to register your account, and will receive an email reminder of your username.

If you no longer have access to the email account you registered with, then you will need to contact the organisation who provided you with an Aptem account.

I cannot remember my password. How can I get it?

Go to the Aptem sign in page and click on the ‘Forgotten your password’ link. You will need to enter either your username or the email address you used to register your account, and will receive an email reminder of your username.

If you no longer have access to the email account you registered with, then you will need to contact the organisation who provided you with an Aptem account.

I don’t have an access code.

Most Aptem users will be registered automatically and will receive an email to activate their account.  You will be asked to provide an access if your account subscription needs to be renewed.  Please contact the organisation who provided you with an Aptem account for an access code.

My access code isn’t working.

Please check that you have copied your access code correctly.  We recommend using the copy and paste functions in your email.  If your code is still not working then contact the Aptem Support team.

How do I connect Aptem to a Universal Jobmatch account?

Sign into your Aptem account.   Next click on the arrow next to your profile name at the top right of the screen and click on ‘Settings’.  Your account settings page will be displayed. In the left hand menu click on ‘Universal Jobmatch settings’ and enter your Universal Jobmatch login name and password.  Click ‘Save’ and the connection will be confirmed.

How do I register for your free webinars?

Sign into your Aptem account and click on the Advice tile in your navigation panel.  The Advice Centre will be displayed. In the left hand menu click on the ‘web training’ option

What is Software as a Service (SaaS)

Software as a Service’ refers to computer programme that is accessed using a web browser with the data being stored securely in the cloud.  This means the software can be accessed from any laptop, computer, tablet or phone that is connected to the internet.

Where do you host Aptem?

Aptem is hosted in a UK data centre.

Is my data secure?

We take appropriate security measures to protect your data and have been awarded ISO27001:2013 the international best practice standard for information security and management.  Our accreditation certificate can be viewed here.  MWS Technology Limited is also registered with the Information Commissioners Office under the Data Protection Act 1988 and our registration number is: Z1900970.

How much does Aptem cost?

How long does it take to set up Aptem?

The setup time depends on the complexity of your requirements, but usually takes from one week for standard requirements to a month for the more complex configurations.
